Policy for Gratuities
- the public in general on Thursdays and Saturdays;
- people over 60 years old of age, upon presentation of an ID;

- teachers of public schools (municipal, state and federal), upon presentation of an ID and pay slip;
- public elementary and high school students, upon presentation of a confirmation document;
- ICOM members, upon presentation of the organization’s membership card and a personal ID;
- Tour Guides, upon presentation of a confirmation document;
- Employees of the Social Organizations that manage museums and cultural programs of São Paulo, upon presentation of an ID;
- public servants of São Paulo State Secretariat of Culture, upon presentation of civil service card;
- police officers of different departments and their families, upon presentation of the last pay slip and an ID;
- “Museum Passport” holders (1 visit valid) that use the same passport up to its expiration date.
